Iinchou wa Saimin Appli o Shinjiteru

A socially awkward student named Kodera harbors a secret crush on class president Satsuki. In an unexpected twist, he finds himself under hypnosis one day, forced by his friend to confess his love to her. However, just as the hypnosis takes effect, his friend cancels it right in front of Satsuki. Cleverly catching on to what's happening, Satsuki invites Kodera after class ends. She brings out her phone, showing him the hypnotic app she believes will work. Realizing her intentions, Kodera decides to play along and pretend he's still under hypnosis, allowing her to do anything she wants to him. As their true feelings finally reach the surface, they both realize that this bizarre situation has brought them closer together.
