Amidst the verdant splendor of Oogami Island, an eerie perversion has engulfed its tranquil atmosphere. A Level 4 contagion, dubbed Unknown, has rapidly turned into an epidemic, unleashing unrestrained lasciviousness across the isle. Three young girls - Hyuuga Natsu, Ochi Akari, and Hanazawa Airi - find themselves ensnared in a sinister plot, as they are relentlessly pursued by the infected individuals within the confines of a sports facility.
