Renowned in the Edo period, St. Orchis Women's Academy was founded by the prestigious Higashizuma family. Though co-education has since been implemented, the academy remains a symbol of female prestige. However, unsettling whispers circulate about an enigmatic 'Nishiki Family' that covertly trains top-notch sex slaves for prominent politicians and aristocrats within the school's very grounds. The once-revered Higashizuma family is targeted by this insidious organization; their daughters, now directors of the academy, are caught in the crossfire. As a young but highly skilled trainer, Kuga Kei - illegitimate son of Nishiki Family patriarch - is tasked with sexually enslaving the esteemed Azuma family to train elite courtesans. Initially resistant, Kei ultimately deems this line of work worthy. Amidst this chaos, male students at the originally all-female institution are subjected to unfair discrimination, leading them to rebel against their female counterparts and direct their anger toward the Tozuma sisters. This upheaval allows Kei to seize control of the academy from the headmaster, Shiyoku.
