Lois Griffin needs to poop but gets anal parody

Lois Griffin clutches her stomach, desperate for the bathroom, but Peter blocks the door. The Family Guy parody takes a dark turn as he forces her onto the counter. Her protests are ignored as he flips her over, ignoring her pleas for mercy. The animation captures her distress and the absurdity of the situation. A massive creampie fills her as she slumps against the cabinets, defeated and exhausted.
